ASME Code Compliant Systems from High Temperature and Corrosion Resistant Alloys

Alloy Metalworks provides ASME Section IX-certified welding for energy systems, process piping, and chemical reactors. We fabricate and repair complex piping assemblies, fuel cell components, reactor systems, and tanks using nickel-based alloys, stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium for high-temperature and corrosive service environments.

Serving clean energy and advanced process industries, we support both prototype development and production-scale programs with fully documented, traceable welding procedures under ISO 9001-controlled processes. From R&D validation builds to repeat fabrication runs, we deliver code-compliant solutions engineered for performance, safety, and long-term reliability.

Our capabilities include:

  • ASME Code Pressure Piping & Process Systems
Fabrication and repair of industrial piping assemblies for processing facilities, energy infrastructure, and reactor systems.

  • Thin-Wall Tube & Precision Pipe Welding
Controlled heat input and distortion management for high-purity, high-performance, and pressure-rated tubing systems.

  • Vacuum Chambers & Tanks
Fabrication and modification of vacuum and sealed assemblies requiring weld integrity and inspection compliance.

  • System Modifications, Repairs & Upgrades
Code-compliant alterations to existing piping and pressure systems with traceable documentation and inspection coordination.

Every project is executed under ISO 9001-controlled processes with qualified WPS, material traceability, and support for required NDT including RT, PT, and MT as specified.

You guys were there for us when we hit a pretty big snag. You jumped on the project and made some major modifications to our reactors, making them whole again. They’re working perfectly and you bailed us out of a deep hole. You completed the work early and well within the budget. The professional demeanor and approach to your work and interactions with your client (us) was appreciated. We will be bringing more work to Alloy in the near future.”
